Steppin' out... in heels!

Oops - I haven't done any entries for a while I'm afraid, so to make up for it, today here's something a little different.  Inspired by a comment someone made on one of the photos I'd uploaded, I dug back through the archives to remind myself of these:

They're an awesome pair of heeled Doc Martens: the girly "Darcie" style, and they come (or came - I'm not sure whether you can still get them) in a variety of different colour schemes.  Mine are patent black, and I'm standing there showing off the chunky 3" block heels.

They're quite a narrow fit, so what with that and the heels I had to get a UK size 9 (the largest available) to make sure they fitted me.  With the 8-hole lacing done up nice and tight as you see here they're really comfortable to walk in.

I have actually worn them outdoors under a pair of skinny jeans, but since I was doing the photoshoot in the house, I sported instead black hold-ups and tight hotpants!  Lounging about showing off my long sexy booted legs felt great and I certainly enjoyed taking the photos:
